Did you know that you could have Google Analytics send you automated reports via email?  It is a great feature to keep you informed of how your website is performing. Too often, we are so busy we do not take the time to look at these analytics.  Below are the simple steps you need to follow:

1. 1.  Log into your google analytics account.
   2. Set the date duration you want used in your report.

3. Navigate to the report you want to have emailed to you.  For our example, we will use the Audience-Overview report as shown below (please note you can email as many reports as you would like).

4. Click the share button in the top right corner of the page

5. Follow the steps below:

A. Enter the email address you want the report sent.

B. Select the frequency in which you want this report sent.  In this case we chose weekly.

C. Select what day of the week you want the report send on.

D. Enter a brief note to the recipient of the report.

E. Check the “I am not a robot” captcha.

F. Hit send

That is all there is to it.
